Prestigious workplace for White & Case finished in the iconic Rialto tower

White & Case

Located within the iconic Rialto tower this premium workplace provides a strong foundation for the international legal firm White & Case.

Having completed their office in 2017 we were reengaged to complete another floor to reflect the firm’s change in business, growth, and desire to attract staff back to the office with a first-tier staff amenity, additional collaboration spaces and an expanded and high-quality client experience.

The refined and luxurious aesthetic of the interior uniquely reflects White & Case Melbourne and provides a consistent and cohesive aesthetic across the two floors with the introduction of an interconnecting stair being key to drawing staff together.

Most staff are accommodated within their own offices, balanced by collaborative shared zones, open-plan work settings, and a diverse range of dedicated team spaces. The café area, located off the entry lobby with interconnecting stair and additional breakout space above, provides social amenity and connection for both staff and clients.

A range of meeting spaces, equipped with next generation technology, allows for remote connectivity with clients and overseas offices.

Efficient and rapid design and delivery was paramount and involved effective communication protocols from both the client and project team. The result is a warm, welcoming, and sophisticated workplace with timeless craftmanship that drives innovation and values collaboration.
