The key driver was to create a workplace where all IFM Investors staff feel valued and empowered in a space that speaks to both the local identity of Sydney and the global reach of the company.

 

The fitout works with the rigour of the base building’s architecture. Using an established and welcoming palette, we have created a classic, timeless space that celebrates the views and outlook of the iconic Australian modernist architecture that is Grosvenor Place.

The reception and lounge area acts as a “verandah” to the workplace, providing an element of indoor/outdoor living typical to the traditional Australian home.

The materiality celebrates sustainable timbers that are locally sourced where possible. The remaining palette invites lightness and warmth into the office and evokes a sense of wellness and balance.
