Connectivity within the workplace

Grant Thornton

Grant Thornton’s new workplace is designed to enhance connectivity, foster collaboration, and support a seamless return to office life.

With a prime location and elevated amenities, the fit-out creates a refined, welcoming environment that prioritises employee experience and client engagement.

Inspired by Sydney Harbour’s sandstone landscapes, the design balances resilience and softness through warm textures, organic curves, and natural materials. The workspace emphasises individual workstations with seamless adjacencies to meeting rooms and focus areas, ensuring efficiency and flexibility. A centrally located locker zone promotes equity in spatial planning, while a rhythmic built form complements the existing architecture.

A key feature is the interconnecting stairway, strengthening workplace culture by encouraging movement and community engagement. Thoughtfully designed to support hybrid work, the office offers diverse work settings tailored to evolving needs. Through materiality, form, and spatial flow, Grant Thornton’s new workplace creates an inspiring and adaptable environment.
