Wentworth Quarter is a new build-to-rent community in Wentworth Point, including 200 apartments and eight townhouses.

 

The waterfront site is the first stage of a masterplan that extends from Hill Road to the foreshore.

Two L-shaped buildings are organised around a landscaped courtyard, while a 30m-wide foreshore provides new public open space. Buildings step down in height to reduce overshadowing to the foreshore, maximise views over Homebush Bay and deliver apartments with large, landscaped terraces. Facades are facetted, opening apartment views to the water. A two-storey foreshore element accommodates the townhouses, where living spaces are cleverly planned to optimise outlook.
